GAME 4 | BLAZE 2 – TALONS 0

After dropping two one-run games, the Blaze finally got the ending they were looking for. Defeating the Talons for the first time this season, the team in pink left the Talons scoreless thanks to a commanding pitching effort. Baylee Klinger put the Blaze on the board first with an RBI.

Devyn Netz, Aleshia Ocasio, Keilani Ricketts and Alana Vawter all saw time in the circle with a collective effort that held the Talons to only three. Ocasio earned the win while Fouts claimed the loss for the Talons

Outfielder Jadelyn Allchin was reinstated to the Talons roster from the reserve athlete pool and got the start in center field after Sierra Sacco was placed on the Injured List.

The Talons will face the Volts this week in their final series of the regular season before their pursuit of the first AUSL championship title begins.

The Talons’ two-game series against the Volts begins at 7 p.m. ET on Tuesday, July 22, on ESPN2.
