Rachel Becker is a 5-foot-5 professional softball infielder from Lindenhurst, Illinois. She was acquired in the 3rd Round of the 2026 Allocation Draft following a collegiate career at Purdue and Oklahoma State.

Family: Daughter of John and Ami Becker.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue and an MBA from Oklahoma State.

Background: Grew up near Parkway Bank Sports Complex.

Professional Experience

Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball (2023)

2023 Championship Season: Accumulated 978 leaderboard points while making her professional debut. Started 6-of-8 games, tallied two hits, and earned MVP 3 honors twice.

Other Professional Experience (2023–2025)

WPF & Spark: Selected No. 5 overall in the 2023 Women’s Professional Fastpitch Draft. Played for the Oklahoma City Spark in 2024 and 2025.

College Experience: Purdue & Oklahoma State (2019–2023)

Career Statistics: Started all 250 games of her college career, batting .406 with 12 home runs and 84 RBIs.

Graduate Year (2023, Oklahoma State): Named a Top 25 Finalist for the USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year Award after posting a .443 batting average with 81 hits and 28 RBIs. Set a program record by reaching base safely in 49 consecutive games.

Purdue (2019–2022): Compiled a .394 batting average over four seasons. Left Purdue as the program’s career leader with 149 runs scored.

All-America: Second-Team NFCA All-America notice in 2023. First-Team All-America from D1Softball.
