The Athletes Unlimited Softball League Championship will be broadcast exclusively on ESPN, the league announced, marking the first-ever AUSL games on ESPN.
The AUSL Championship is a best-of-three series between the league’s top teams, beginning July 26 at Rhoads Stadium at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. The Talons became the first team to secure their postseason berth on Friday.
Game times for the AUSL Championship are as follows:
- Saturday, July 26, at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN
- Sunday, July 27, at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN
- Monday, July 28, at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN2* (*if necessary)
ESPN is a founding broadcast partner of the AUSL, carrying games on ESPN2 and ESPNU this season. Chuckie Kempf will provide play-by-play alongside color commentator Amanda Scarborough and on-field reporter Savanna Collins. All games are produced by Athletes Unlimited’s award-winning broadcast team, led by Chief Broadcast Officer and Executive Producer Cheri Kempf, in partnership with Game Time Productions.
