All-Star Cup Game Day Information

Access Your Tickets

Your tickets are available through SquadUp.com/tickets or by downloading the SquadUp app (iPhone). Access your tickets by logging in or creating an account with the same email address used to purchase your tickets.

You will be able to view or download your ticket(s) as E-Ticket PDFs or Apple Wallet files. We highly recommend adding your tickets to Apple Wallet. This ensures you can access them at the gate even if cell service is weak.

Transferring Tickets? If you are sharing tickets with friends or family, you can easily do so directly through the app by clicking the “Transfer” button next to the specific game.

Venue

Gates open 90 minutes prior to game time. Please Note: Parkway Bank Sports Complex is a cashless venue. They accept all major credit/debit cards as well as tap-to-pay.

Parking

Free surface lots are located right next to the stadium and the adjacent indoor Dome.

Bag Policy

The AUSL All-Star Cup does not have a clear bag policy. Please do not bring large bags exceeding 12” x 12” x 6”.

Win Exclusive Autographs

Stop by the Fan Hub located on the concourse to collect your autograph voucher game piece for a chance to win an opportunity to participate in post-game autographs. An in-game drawing will take place during the 4th inning. If you have a winning voucher number you will receive access to an exclusive autograph opportunity with four players. Autographs are not guaranteed and are subject to change or be cancelled based on weather, schedule, or other circumstances. There will be no autographs on August 30 after the final game.
