All-Star Cup Game Day Information

 

Everything you need to know before attending an All-Star Cup Game. If you have any additional questions prior to your visit, please contact us at (847) 957-3440 (Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT) or email SoftballBoxOffice@theausl.com.

Access Your Tickets

Your tickets are available through SquadUp.com/tickets or by downloading the SquadUp app (iPhone). Access your tickets by logging in or creating an account with the same email address used to purchase your tickets.

You will be able to view or download your ticket(s) as E-Ticket PDFs or Apple Wallet files. We highly recommend adding your tickets to Apple Wallet. This ensures you can access them at the gate even if cell service is weak.

Transferring Tickets? If you are sharing tickets with friends or family, you can easily do so directly through the app by clicking the “Transfer” button next to the specific game.

Venue

Gates open 90 minutes prior to game time. Please Note: Parkway Bank Sports Complex is a cashless venue. They accept all major credit/debit cards as well as tap-to-pay.

Parking

Free surface lots are located right next to the stadium and the adjacent indoor Dome.

Bag Policy

The AUSL All-Star Cup does not have a clear bag policy. Please do not bring large bags exceeding 12” x 12” x 6”.

Win Exclusive Autographs

Stop by the Fan Hub located on the concourse to collect your autograph voucher game piece for a chance to win an opportunity to participate in post-game autographs. An in-game drawing will take place during the 4th inning. If you have a winning voucher number you will receive access to an exclusive autograph opportunity with four players. Autographs are not guaranteed and are subject to change or be cancelled based on weather, schedule, or other circumstances. There will be no autographs on August 30 after the final game.

Sephora Braid Bar

Whether you’re ready to try a new style or add some finishing touches to your own look, visit the Sephora Braid Bar for all of your gameday hair needs! Reservations fill up quickly, so make sure to arrive early and secure your spot. Sephora is the Exclusive Beauty Partner of the AUSL.

Kids Run the Bases

Meet by the left field gate after the game for kids run the bases!

There will be no Kids Run the Bases on August 30 after the final game.

Each week during this All-Star Cup we will feature an athlete and their chosen cause to spotlight. One of this week’s Athlete Impact Spotlight is Reese Atwood, who gives back through the Military Warriors Support Foundation. At the conclusion of the All-Star Cup, Athletes Unlimited, powered by Give Lively and the Give Lively Foundation, will make a grant equal to 100% of each competitor’s win bonus to the organization of their choice through our Causes program.
