Sahvanna Jaquish is a 5-foot-7 professional softball utility player from Highland, California. She was acquired in the 6th Round of the 2025 Inaugural Draft following a collegiate career at LSU.


Personal Life

Family: Daughter of Mary and Bill Jaquish. Sisters Carissa and Jenna played Division I softball.

Background: Served as an assistant softball coach at Colorado State in 2023. Wears No. 27 in honor of her sister.

Professional Experience


Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball & AUSL (2020–2025)

2025 AUSL All-Star Cup: Accrued 700 leaderboard points, appearing in four games with two starts.

2025 AUSL Regular Season: Saw action in 10 games with eight starts, hitting by a pitch four times and scoring three runs.

2022 Championship Season: Finished fourth with 1,600 points. Hit .409 with four home runs and 14 RBIs, leading the league with 14 runs scored.

2021 Championship Season: Finished seventh with 1,570 points, leading the league with 16 runs scored and hitting .333.

2020 Championship Season: Finished ninth with 1,680 points. Tied for the league high with nine home runs and led with 19 RBIs.


Other Professional Experience (2017–2024)

NPF, WPF & Japan: Played for the Chicago Bandits, USSSA Pride, Texas Smoke, and Toda Medics.


International Experience (2014–2026)

Team USA: Won a Gold medal at the 2025 World Games, hitting a three-run HR in the Gold medal game. Won Gold at the 2018 WBSC World Championship, 2019 Pan American Games, and 2022 Pan American Games.

Puerto Rico National Team (2014-2016): Claimed a Bronze medal at the 2015 Pan American Games.

College Experience: LSU (2014–2017)


Career Statistics: LSU’s all-time leader with 268 career RBIs and 16 sacrifice flies. Ranks second with 56 home runs and a .457 OBP.


Awards & Honors

All-America: Earned NFCA All-America honors all four years (First-Team as a senior).

Conference & Region: First-Team All-Region and All-Louisiana every year.
