Korbe Otis added another milestone after delivering a walk-off RBI against Alabama on Saturday afternoon — a golden ticket to the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL).
Following Florida’s victory against Alabama in Gainesville, Florida, the standout outfielder received the honor on her home field, officially marking her selection in the 2025 AUSL College Draft. More golden tickets will be awarded to top players across the country in the coming weeks. Fans can tune in to the AUSL College Draft Show on Saturday, May 3 at 9 p.m. ET on ESPNU to find out where Otis and the rest of this year’s draftees are headed.
Otis’ résumé speaks for itself. She’s a two-time NFCA All-American, a 2024 First-Team All-SEC selection, and a USA Softball Top 10 Finalist. This season, she also earned a spot on the SEC All-Tournament Team and was named to the CSC Academic All-America First Team.
After starting her college career at Louisville, Otis transferred to Florida ahead of her junior season in 2024 and wasted no time making an impact. She started all 69 games in her debut year with the Gators, batting .434 with 79 hits, 82 runs scored, 53 RBIs, and 59 walks. She added 12 doubles, nine home runs, and finished with a .703 slugging percentage, a .568 on-base percentage, and a .968 fielding percentage.
In 2024, Otis also led the SEC in batting average (.434), walks (59), and triples (5), cementing her status as one of the league’s most complete offensive players.
In 2025, she continued to deliver for the Gators with 45 hits, six doubles, five home runs, 38 RBIs, and a .482 on-base percentage heading into the final stretch of the regular season.
