The Utah Talons released infielder Rachel Becker and pitcher Dallas Escobedo Magee. Both can join the Reserve Player Pool and are eligible for this winter’s Athletes Unlimited Softball League Allocation Draft.
Becker was an infielder for the Talons, predominantly playing at second base. She started in 10 games and made 20 appearances for Utah this season. She hit .172 with five hits in 29 at-bats. This was her fourth year as a pro; Becker played for the Spark before the team joined the AUSL and competed in the 2023 AU Pro Softball Championship Season (now known as the All-Star Cup).
Escobedo MaGee was added to the Talons roster during the offseason, signing with the team on April 2, 2026. The veteran arm didn’t log much time in the circle with four appearances and one start. She had a 4.94 ERA in 11.1 innings pitched.
