Odicci Alexander-Bennett is a 5-foot-7 professional softball pitcher from Boydton, Virginia. She was acquired in the 10th Round of the 2025 Inaugural Draft following a collegiate career at James Madison.

Personal Life

Family: Married Hakeem Bennett in December 2024 and gave birth to a daughter, Halo, in January 2026.

Education: Majored in sport and recreation management at James Madison.

Background: Her proudest accomplishments are becoming a stepmother, opening her own softball facility (SixFour3), and being part of the Athletes Unlimited Softball League. She earned a black belt in martial arts as a child.

Hobbies: Enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball & AUSL (2021–2025)

2025 AUSL All-Star Cup: Collected 440 leaderboard points, appearing in three games (one start) and pitching 3.1 innings with a 4.20 ERA.

2025 AUSL Regular Season: Made 12 appearances (three starts), ranking sixth in the league with a 3.65 ERA. Tied for fourth with four victories (4-2 record) and tallied 18 strikeouts over 30.2 innings.

2024 Championship Season: Accrued 958 leaderboard points and served as a team captain during Week One. Posted an 0-3 record with a 6.13 ERA and 8 strikeouts in 16.0 innings of work.

2024 AUX Season: Compiled 648 leaderboard points in 15.0 innings of work, recording a 10.27 ERA with 10 strikeouts.

2023 Championship Season: Secured the AU Pro Softball title after leading the league with 1,994 leaderboard points and setting single-season records with 1,390 win points and 790 inning win points. Paced the league with a 12-3 record and tied for third with a 2.15 ERA in 42.1 innings.

2023 AUX Season: Secured 748 leaderboard points, including 710 win points, and compiled a 1-1 record with an 8.53 ERA.

2022 Championship Season: Accumulated 1,136 leaderboard points over 12 games, finishing with a 5.25 ERA and two saves.

2021 Championship Season: Finished 22nd with 1,300 leaderboard points, ranking fifth in the league with 22 strikeouts and posting a 2-1 record in 26.0 innings.

Other Professional & International Experience (2021–2022)

USSSA Pride (2021): Threw her first professional no-hitter against the Carolina Collegiate League on August 5, 2021, striking out 11 batters.

Team USA (2022): Helped Team USA win a Gold medal at the 2022 Canada Cup and competed at the 2022 Pan American Championships.

College Experience: James Madison (2017–2021)

Alexander-Bennett was a five-year letter winner who started 207 of 208 games.

Pitching Statistics: She fashioned an 81-18 career record with a 2.18 ERA, racking up 712 strikeouts, 55 complete games, and 29 shutouts in 640.0 innings. She threw a perfect game against the College of Charleston in May 2021.

Offensive Statistics: She hit .337 with 39 career home runs, 31 doubles, 3 triples, and 164 RBIs, boasting a .592 slugging percentage.
