The Oklahoma City Spark announced that utility player Haley Lee, pitcher Peja Goold, and catcher Grace Jenkins have been released and will not return for the upcoming season.
All three may join the Reserve Player Pool and are eligible for the Athletes Unlimited Softball League Allocation Draft this winter.
The Spark selected Lee in the fifth round of the 2025 Allocation Draft. She started 17 games and appeared in 22 total. She batted .130 for the season with six hits in 48 at-bats. This was her fourth year as a pro; Lee competed with the Spark before the organization joined the AUSL and competed in AUX (a previous All-Star Cup format) in 2023.
Goold was OKC’s second pick in the 2026 AUSL College Draft. She posted a 1-1 record with a 14.61 ERA in 7.2 innings pitched during her rookie season.
Jenkins started with the Spark as a Reserve Pool Player with a 30-day contract that began at the start of the season. On June 24, the team signed her for the remainder of the season. Jenkins hit .178 in her 52 plate appearances. Fellow catcher Kinzie Hansen-McKinzie is set to return next season after welcoming her first child and is expected to be the team’s starting catcher.
Infielder Jessi Warren will also not be on the Spark’s 2027 roster. She decided not to return to explore other softball opportunities and be closer to family.
