Hometown: Anaheim, California

Personal: Stoddard is the daughter of Jeff and Sabrina Stoddard and has two older sisters named Aubrey and Sierra. Her father competed on the swimming and water polo teams at the Air Force Academy and the University of California. Her uncle, Steve Stoddard, also competed on the water polo team at the Air Force Academy, while her uncles Eric Ory and Troy Ory played football at Oregon State and Long Beach State, respectively. Stoddard married her husband, Carson Mott, in January 2025 and has a dog named Maggie. She lists Jenny Dalton Hill as a person who has made a difference in her life. As a child, Stoddard competed in soccer, basketball, water polo, and track and field, and she also grew up riding horses. Her proudest accomplishment is earning her bachelor’s degree and pursuing her master’s degree in public policy.

College Experience: Stoddard is a two-way standout who began her collegiate career at Kentucky, where she played for three years before transferring to Arizona for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. Over her college career, she made 126 appearances in the circle with 62 starts, compiling a 32-13 record and a 3.18 earned run average. She also recorded seven career saves and seven complete games while striking out 166 batters across 376.1 innings. As a hitter, Stoddard posted a .271 career batting average with 33 home runs and 113 runs batted in. She accumulated 109 hits, including 16 doubles and two triples. During her graduate season at Arizona, she earned Second-Team NFCA All-West Region honors and helped lead the Wildcats to the NCAA Super Regionals in 2025. She also garnered First-Team All-Big 12 Conference recognition. In 2025, Stoddard posted an impressive 1.73 earned run average with a perfect 15-0 record, appearing in 33 games and starting 22. She limited opposing hitters to a .250 average while collecting 48 strikeouts over 105 innings. At the plate, she excelled with a .348 batting average, belting 15 home runs, driving in 46 runs, and scoring 30 times. Notably, she went 6-for-6 with four home runs and seven RBIs in a doubleheader against South Alabama on February 13, 2025, hitting home runs in four consecutive games from February 13 to 15, and driving in 12 runs over that four-game stretch. Stoddard also had key pitching performances, throwing six shutout innings in a 2-0 victory against Kansas on April 11, 2025, and allowing just one run over six innings in an NCAA Regional win against Grand Canyon.

During the 2024 season at Arizona, she appeared in 44 games with 23 starts, finishing with a 6-9 record and a 3.94 ERA, tying the school single-season record with three saves while striking out 50 batters over 129.2 innings. At Kentucky, she recorded an 11-4 pitching record over three seasons, appearing in 49 games with 17 starts and tallying 68 strikeouts. As a junior, she appeared in 23 games with 12 starts, finishing 4-4 with a 3.69 ERA over 72 innings. She pitched complete-game shutout victories over Buffalo, Wisconsin, and Michigan in 2022 and hit a grand slam against Michigan on March 4, 2022. That year, she hit nine home runs with 33 RBIs and posted a .260 batting average. As a sophomore, Stoddard went 5-0 with a 3.17 ERA while striking out 23 batters in 53 innings and hit nine home runs. She opened her career with a 2-0 record in seven pitching appearances as a freshman, earning her first win in a complete game against Florida International and hitting the game-winning home run in a 16-15 comeback victory over Marshall.
