Kendra Falby is a 5-foot-7 professional softball outfielder from Odessa, Florida. She was acquired in the 6th Round of the 2026 Allocation Draft following a collegiate career at Florida.

Career: Served as a student assistant coach at Florida during the 2026 college softball season.

Background: Daughter of Kent and Jennifer Falby. Has a fish named Peaches.

Professional Experience


AUSL (2025)

2025 AUSL All-Star Cup: Finished in 28th place with 760 leaderboard points. Started 7-of-8 games with a .235 batting average and earned a pair of Defensive MVP commendations.


International Experience (2019)

Team Canada: Earned a Bronze medal at the 2019 WBSC Junior World Cup with the Canadian U-19 Women’s National Team, hitting .464 with 13 stolen bases. Honored as the 2019 Canadian Junior Athlete of the Year.

College Experience: Florida (2022–2025)


Career Statistics: Started all 261 career games with a .393 batting average. Ranks second in program history with 337 career hits and 118 stolen bases, while setting the school record with 259 runs scored.

Senior Year (2025): Boasted a team-high .423 batting average with 90 hits and 71 runs scored.

Junior Year (2024): Hit .361, ranking third in NCAA Division I with 87 hits.

Sophomore Year (2023): Led the Gators with a .403 batting average and 75 hits.

Freshman Year (2022): Led the SEC and ranked third in the country with 85 hits.


Awards & Honors

All-America: Consensus All-America selection as a senior (First Team by Softball America/D1Softball, Second Team by NFCA).

Defensive Honors: One of three players to earn back-to-back Rawlings Gold Glove Awards (junior and senior). Honored as the 2025 Softball America Defender of the Year.
