Kelly Maxwell is a 5-foot-10 professional softball pitcher from Friendswood, Texas. She was acquired in the 1st Round of the 2026 Allocation Draft following a collegiate career at Oklahoma State and Oklahoma.

Education: Earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from Oklahoma State and a master’s in health care from Oklahoma. Completed her first year of veterinary school at LSU in 2025.

International Experience (2022–2026)

Team USA: Led the United States to a Gold medal at the 2025 World Games. Guided Team USA to a Silver Medal at the 2024 WBSC World Cup, earning All-World Team honors. Member of the 2026 National Team pool.

College Experience: Oklahoma State & Oklahoma (2020–2024)


Career Statistics: Compiled an 81-22 record with a 1.67 ERA and 909 strikeouts over 650.0 innings.

Graduate Year (2024, Oklahoma): Authored a 23-2 record with a 1.94 ERA and 164 strikeouts in 155.1 innings. Won the 2024 NCAA Softball title with the Sooners.

Oklahoma State (2020–2023): Ranked fourth on Oklahoma State’s career chart with 746 strikeouts and tied for second with 12 saves. Tallied 313 strikeouts in 2022. Led Oklahoma State to four consecutive NCAA Women’s College World Series berths.

All-America: Three-time NFCA All-America selection (First-Team in 2022 and 2024).

Conference Honors: 2022 Big 12 Conference Pitcher of the Year. Four-time First-Team All-Big 12 selection.
