Catcher Jordan Roberts has signed with the Bandits for the inaugural season of the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL).

The Bandits selected the first 12 players at the inaugural AUSL Draft. Roberts is the first addition to the team since then.

Roberts has competed in the AU Championship season since its inception in 2020, finishing in the top 15 on the leaderboard in four seasons. She has a career batting average of .237, an on-base percentage of .360, and a slugging percentage of .402.

In the 2023 Championship Season, she called Megan Faraimo’s no-hitter on August 6. The batter allowed just two base runners and retired the final 10 hitters faced.

A four-year letter winner at Florida, Roberts started 171 of 205 games for the Gators from 2017 to 2020. She is Florida’s career leader with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage, recording no errors in 676 chances.

The AUSL is a professional women’s softball league featuring four teams playing in a traditional format. The league will begin play this summer.
